If you are interested in a pharmacy residency program that will provide experience in a compassionate direct patient care in a community practice setting, then Northeast Georgia Medical Center and Health System, Inc. is the place for you.
Our residency program provides pharmacists job experiences in various areas including Cardiology/CCU, Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, Hematology/Oncology, Internal Medicine, Women and Children’s Health, Medication Safety, Inpatient Psychiatry and Informatics. Required acute care experiences will be four to eight weeks in duration in order to attain the highest level of learning.
At the end of the program pharmacists will possess proficiency in resolving medication-related problems and conducting practice-related research. Furthermore, pharmacists will demonstrate leadership by exhibiting a commitment to patients, colleagues, community, and profession.
To participate in the pharmacy residency program you must have a Pharm.D. Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy. If you would like to join our team, please submit the following through the PhorCAS system:
